Applying to OWDT
- Use the form found on the Contact page to attach your resume. Once submitted, you will be presented with a confirmation page indicating the application was successfully received.
The Interview Process
- Distinguished applications will receive an email or call to schedule an interview. What do we look for? Passion, curiosity, a natural desire for problem-solving, and qualities that promote teamwork. The best advice we can give for the interview is for you to be yourself. We want an accurate, distilled impression of who you are, how you think, and we encourage you to share both your professional and personal accomplishments.
Skill & Experience Assessments
- With technical positions, you may be asked to complete a task demonstrating your fluency and knowledge of various domains required in performing your role. We want to know your strengths and weaknesses and assess you as a whole, knowing where you can help and grow.
Experience & Background Verification
- For certain positions, you may be required to complete a background check. This may include some essential documentation and references.
